5Is numbing cream applied?
Numbing cream will be applied to the skin AFTER the first pass has been completed and the skin has been broken. From here, the rest of the treatment will be 100% pain free.
When numbing cream is applied to the skin BEFORE it has been broken, it will change the structure of the skin, affect the results and can cause scarring. No tattoo artist uses numbing cream prior to the treatment.
6How many treatments are required?
All cosmetic tattoos include 2 sessions and if you want long lasting results you should follow up second sessions (touchup session)4to 6 weeks! Price for second visit $100.
7What happens if I don't have my follow up procedure?
If the client does not have their follow up procedure within MAXIMUM 10 weeks after their initial procedure, they are required to pay an additional cost of $100 for their follow up. This will take us longer to do as the pigment has already started to fade before it was completed.
8How is the color of the pigment chosen?
The color of the pigment is determined according to the skin Fitzpatrick scale. The brow specialist will assess your hair color, eye color and skin tone and the color will blend beautifully with your natural brows.
9Will my brows turn pink or blue over time?
Not our brows!
Brows turn pink due to the technician going too deep within the skin and using pigments that contain Iron Oxide. Our pigments contain no metals.
Brows that turn blue are due to the technician using a pigment color that was too dark for the client’s skin tone and also going too deep within the skin.
10How can I pay?
- Cash
- Card
- Afterpay
11What pigments are used?
Elena permanent beauty uses only the highest quality pigments that do not contain iron oxides, heavy metals!
12Can I pluck or shape my brows before my treatment ?
Please avoid pluck or shaping your brows as I will be shaping them myself.
13How can I select the best shape for my tattooing brows?
We will design your brows according to your face morphology with specific rules!
The time we need for brow mapping is about 20 minutes, during that we will take a photo of your brows with the symmetry app to find out how we can approve the shape of your brows in an accurate way!
We will not start your procedure until you are completely happy with the pre-drawing.
14How you can cover my old tattoo?
Please let us know if you have an old tattoo in your eyebrows area or you can book a free consultation appointment to see which treatment suits you!
15Is it important to come for my perfection visit(second) appointment?
Cosmetic tattoo is a two-step process. Two appointments are necessary to implant the correct amount of pigment for long-lasting brows. In the first appointment, a shape is established, colours are selected and the pigment is inserted. Each client responds differently throughout the treatment and during the healing process. It is impossible to expect the same results from every client. Some clients may bleed more than others and some may have thinner skin than others. We work according to with an end-point in mind to keep the integrity of your skin intact as a priority. This may mean some work may need fewer passes or strokes to be added at a later stage. The second appointment is to reinforce the pigment and to fill any areas where colour did not take as well, adjust the colour (if necessary) or fix any symmetry that you may be concerned about. As the name suggests, we perfect that as you mean to go on.
16What can be expected?
There’s no downtime with the treatment, so you can resume your normal routine. Some clients may experience temporary irritation, tightness or redness. The sensitivity and redness will diminish significantly within 24 hours. Other common short-term side effects include itching, discomfort, pinpoint bleeding or bruising, scabbing, and darkening of the treated area. Additionally, the skin may look and feel like sandpaper; these effects generally last 2-7 days as the treated skin flakes off and is replaced by new glowing tissue.
17Is BB Glow safe?
BB Glow is very safe as it uses a Nano needling technology and does not go deep in the skin. Also, all the BB serums are free of parabens, fragrances, alcohol and allergens. The procedure is absolutely painless and safe.
18How long does BB Glow last? How many treatments are recommended?
The great thing about BB Glow is that you will see immediate results. If you are a first-timer, the results can last 3-7 days. We recommend up to 7 treatments done every 1-2 weeks. The results will then last up to 6 months. If you wish to maintain the results we recommend a top up once every 3-4 months. With proper maintenance, the effect can last even longer. The more treatments you have the more coverage you receive.
19How long does the BB Glow Treatment take?
At MUSE STHETIX, to enhance your results, we pretreat the skin with Caroboxy Gel Therapy. After your BB Glow treatment, we finish off the treatment with the LED light therapy. The entire treatment takes around 2-3 hours.
20What kinds of BB Serums are used?
Two types of serums are used for BB Glow treatments:
1.Meso Serums – These serums are transparent and do not have color.
2.BB Serums – These serums have color and are used for camouflage.
There are several well-known brands that are used for BB Glow treatments. These serums vary in color, consistency and active ingredients. The serums we use, work well as they have very potent active ingredients and botanical extracts as well as medical-grade peptides and growth factors. The serums we use are suitable for all skin types and work well for anti-aging and rejuvenation. These coloured serums are 100% organic using only vegetable extracts and are KFDA approved. The closest shade of BB cream is selected and penetrated under the top layer of skin using a micro-needling device. BB cream serums will blend & adjust to your skin tone whilst rejuvenating & repairing your skin from the inside out. Whilst the procedure is not painful, some minor discomfort may be experienced.
